Five years later I am still passionate about property, I love how every day is different and every property has a unique story. I joined the Ray White Team in Erskineville because I wanted to be part of the Inner City lifestyle but also wanted to work for the best. I get a buzz from the unique café culture, vibrant selection of cuisines, family-friendly community appeal and proximity to the City.
Being part of Shaun Stokers dynamic team has been a great opportunity and I am continuously learning. Working predominantly with purchasers whether they are looking for a first time home or investing for their future, I have learnt the importance of really listening to what a buyer is looking for and that helps me to assist with their selection process.
Honest and transparent communication, and being organised is also essential in order to provide good service to our clients. My aim is to be both pro-active and supportive throughout the purchase process and to ensure the experience is as enjoyable and stress free as possible for everyone involved.
When not working I enjoy watching documentaries and pretty much anything outdoors, whether it be going to the beach, fishing or keeping fit.
Helped us through a difficult negotiation - In a market which can be very difficult to find genuine agents, Chris proved to be one and never misled us at any time and provided us with the full picture with regard to interested parties competing for the deal. He followed up with us sufficiently but without pestering. Gave us the opportunity to opt in or not. He also explained the sellers position to us which helped give us a good insight to his motivations as part of negotiations. Chris was also accommodating when it came to having documents completed. All in all Chris was a good guy to be dealing with and you genuinely felt that he was acting in everyone's best interests.

A wonderful experience - Chris was the reason we chose to go through Ray White Alexandria and Erskineville. We met Chris when searching for a property to buy and he was distinctive as he would give you all the information you needed and had that genuine quality to him where you could ask him a direct question and he would answer rather than give just marketing spiel. Despite the fact that there is a different Ray White in Potts Point, we felt comfortable with Chris who came to the Surry Hills office to meet with us. Ray White marketing is absolutely unreal and although our property we were selling was probably the lower end of the market we never once felt like we were valued any less than any other clients and Chris was always on top of what was happening with potential purchasers and kept us informed.

Chris I've just found out the purchase of my property at 34/20 Eve Street, Erskineville settled today at 12 noon. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for answering all of my questions and always being available whenever I needed something. From my first inspection of the property over two months ago, right up until today, none of my requests have been two much trouble for you. You were always more than happy to answer my questions, or would go away and find the answer for me, if you did not know it immediately. I appreciate I asked you some fairly challenging questions, such as what council development applications were currently pending and where I could find the electricity sub-station on the property. You never gave the impression that any of my questions were too much trouble. You also were more than happy to make yourself available for private viewings of the property both before and after the auction. This was particularly convenient for me as it allowed me to show my parents, who live outside of Sydney, and my partner. It also made it easier for me to bring through trades people for quotes on work to be done after settlement. This has been very helpful, as the work is now able to start without delay on Monday. Finally, I very much appreciated that you organised for me to inspect the strata records directly with the managing agent, rather than relying on a report produced by someone else. I appreciate this took a little effort to organise, but I am very grateful. Thanks once again for all the assistance you provided. I understand you have not been with Ray White Erskineville for very long. I am confident you are a great asset to their sales team. I wish you every success in your career.
