To whom this my concern, We were extremely grateful to have Christie Joannides as our rental agent over the past 2 years. She looked after us above and beyond! Wanting to bring to your attention the great work done by Christie Joannides. Christie is the (relatively new) manager for our rental property in Box Hill and very soon after she took over, my tenants gave notice they would not be renewing their lease and would be leaving. Christie has been really proactive and professional in negotiating a great outcome for all concerned: Having inspected the property, she took time to ensure my previous tenants (who were leaving the county) understood their rights and responsibilities, which resulted in them engaging professional cleaners, leaving my flat in great condition and getting their bond back in full. She also secured new tenants, with an increase in rental paid and no downtime, keeping me informed and seeking my input every step of the way. I’m really impressive with Christie’s responsiveness and flexibility, she has been just a delight to deal with.
