Brad joined Ray White Commercial Gold Coast in 2015 and has quickly become recognised as one of the Gold Coast's most active sales agents in development site sales.

With over $118,000,000 in sales and achieving Ray White Premier Status for 2015/2016 & 2016/ 2017 Brad is the Number 1 Sales Agent for Development Site Sales within the group.

Brad’s knowledge in development sites sales has also seen him appointed by numerous companies for acquisitions and amalgamations of sites. His career in commercial property sales on the Gold Coast spans over 15 years and covers involvements in the disposals of major shopping centres, retail, bulky goods centres & industrial properties over this time.

Brad’s desire to focus in development sales had accumulated during a 4 year break from real estate whilst working with property development companies, as well as civil construction and demolition companies. His drive and customer focus saw him negotiate and win numerous contracts in this field. Having built strong relationships with developers over this time, Brad saw an excellent opportunity to return to the real estate industry and join the Ray White Group.
