"Diligent and Caring" is how you would describe Bill.

Bill and his wife Isabelle (who works with him) are fully licensed real estate agents.  They have three adult children who were brought up in Traralgon and now have successful careers in legal, personal training and aviation.  Bill is well known in Traralgon from his earlier days of schooling, sporting and social activities and in more recent times for his contribution to the community through Local Council and Traralgon and Rural Development Group.

He also takes a keen interest in the welfare of the general public by being involved in plans for a safer environment in the CBD, his Church Community as well as encouraging the younger members of the community in sport participation.

In his earlier days, he was an electrical fitter and worked at the Hazelwood Power Station, but he desired to work in a field where he could be of service to a wider community.  Bill worked within the insurance industry until the opportunity arose, in 1974, to become involved in the family real estate business, which in 2013 celebrated the 75th anniversary of business in Traralgon, and some time later taking on the trading name of Ray White Traralgon.

Living and working in this area for a considerable length of time has enabled Bill to build a huge rapport with many sectors of the areas’ population.  Bill is the Director, Licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer of Ray White Traralgon and has been involved in the Real Estate Business for well over 30 years, giving him full appreciation of what is expected from the team at Ray White Real Estate.

In addition to this Bill is a very active salesperson in his own right and was presented with the Ray White Real Estate “50 million Achievement Award” as recognition for personally achieving that very substantial amount of sales. He is also a Foundation member of Ray White in Victoria.

He understands the growth potential of the Latrobe Valley region with its strong development and the importance of customer relations and therefore is committed to keeping his clients informed on Sales and Purchase activities. Bills good-humored banter and his hospitality has contributed to the trusting and friendly relationships he has built with many clients over the years - several of whom have become great personal friends.

Bill’s main area of operations is in the Traralgon and surrounding districts.  He is known for “going the extra mile to bring about a positive outcome.  When not working diligently for his clients, in his leisure time, he may be seen at a “fishing spot” enjoying the wonderful outdoors.  He is also a keen car enthusiast and has rebuilt his first car the Austin Lancer and later on his1972 Jaguar XJ6. Although loving performance-type cars, he is extremely conscious of safety when driving and recommends defensive driving courses for all young people about to drive for the first time.

He is very excited about the continued growth of the ‘Valley’, and the opportunities it will bring and looks forward to meeting you and your family. <
