Biggest Parcel of Land For Sale in Camden

One of the biggest parcel’s of land in Sydneys’ south-west has hit the property market for the first time in more than a century.

The “Hardwick” property spans across 595 acres, had 16 dams, two creek frontages to Wattle Creek and Flaggy Creek, and is located on on Burragorang Rd, Glenmore.

Marketing agent Stuart Davies, of Ray White Camden, said the land had a great family history.

“The vendors have had the property in their family for over 100 years and it has been used as a grazing block to fatten cattle,” he said.

“The land has been operated in this way for generations.

“The owner maintains up to 150 cattle at a time, including cows, calves and steers.”

Mr Davies said properties of this calibre were rare and it would be snapped up quickly. “It is a very private acreage.” he said

With the scale of this property, you just don’t get blocks of land of this size – while they are around in the district – coming on to the market very readily at all.

“In fact, it’s very rare that you will get a block of land this size.”

The acreage, only 10km from Camden, will appeal to a range of buyers as the land can be used for grazing, land banking or subdivision into 40ha blocks, subject to council approval.

It will be sold through expressions of interest, closing on November 9 at 4pm.
