Bernard joined Ray White Whitsunday in 2007 after experience in a variety of occupations bringing him into contact with many people from all walks of life. Prior to entering into real estate Bernard spent the previous seven years in the hospitality industry where he developed a strong focus on customer service.
After first living in the Whitsundays in the late 1980's, Bernard has noticed many changes in the area since returning again in 2001 to settle permanently with his family. Mark, I thought I would drop you a quick note to let you know how pleased I was with the service I received from Bernard Woods with the sale of my Shute Harbour property. After having it with another agent for ten months who I never heard from I was very pleased with the very active interest Bernard took in the sale. He was on the phone keeping me up to date with prospects and progress so I always knew what was going on. After about 8 weeks he was able to secure a contract in what is still a soft market for Shute Harbour. Bernard was able to negotiate the price upwards and understood the value of securing even a few thousand extra when it looked as if the offer was final.
