Yet essentially born into real estate, it’s really no surprise. Son of John Condon, Director of Ray White Frankston, this seasoned Frankston local has been living and breathing real estate market trends through his father since graduating from Frankston High School.

With an unstoppable drive, Andrew has worked his way up through the ranks, learning every facet of the business from the ground floor. Starting in reception, he was nominated for front-of-house Manager of the Year for the whole Victorian and Tasmanian sector within his first 12 months before quickly propelling himself into the role of Assistant Portfolio Manager.
