A familiar face moves back to Wellington Point

Real estate veteran, June Cranage, has announced she’s returning to the Wellington Point market and joining the Ray White team.

Having joined the local real estate industry in 1997, June’s long and successful career is far from over.

“Whilst you’re enjoying your work and passionate about what you do – why stop? I still hold the record sale for a residential property in Wellington Point at $2.4million. And with 85 per cent of my listings coming from repeat business or referrals, I’m looking forward to what lies ahead,” June said.

June started in real estate with no experience after seeing a job ad in the local paper. From there, she went on to own and operate the Wellington Point Harcourts franchise from 2003 to the end of 2012.

Having stayed on with Harcourts after she sold the business, June has worked out of Wynnum for the last four years and made the decision this year to return to her original marketplace.

“My Harcourts business was in the same premises that Ray White operates out of today, so joining the team is a coming home for me,” June said.

The team at Ray White Wellington Point said it was a great pleasure to welcome June home.

“We are delighted that June chose to return to Wellington Point and we’re excited for her to become part of the Ray White family. June is a well-known and greatly respected agent and a local identity. Her wealth of knowledge, local profile and experience will be a benefit to all of her clients and our team.

“It is with great pleasure that we welcome her to the team,” said Ray White Wellington Point Principal, Ian Marshall.

As she settles into the Ray White team, June is full of energy.

“I’m very thankful for the opportunity to join Ray White. It’s true what they say – if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. Wellington Point is a beautiful place to live and I love helping people on their home-buying journey,” she said.
