A local resident to the peninsula of more than 28 years, Nicholas Cassidy brings local knowledge and over 12 years local Real Estate experience to his position as Director of Ray White Langwarrin / Somerville.
Nicholas entered the industry as a Cadet at the age of 18. His career has seen several highlights including being named cadet of the year. Always ambitious, Nick studied further and obtained his Full Real Estate Agents license in 1999, where he then took on ownership of Ray White Somerville. Since then, the business has grown from strength to strength.
After deciding he wanted to give his clients an even greater edge over their opposition, Nicholas acquired Ray White Langwarrin in 2007. With the combined marketing and staff, Nicholas feels his clients now have the best chance of achieving a premium price for their property.

A very long career in the dynamic world of stock broking gave Ray White Langwarrin’s Dennis Heslin a rare insight into the mechanics of investing. As he'll often say, it was also the ideal experience to lead him into what has become a very successful career in real estate.

Initially starting in a small office and gaining the skills of an all rounder, she decided to make the change to retirement living. With experience in retail sales and the hospitality industry, Rachel brings with her a wealth of customer service knowledge. She is a motivated and confident young lady and combined with her knowledge of the area, she is sure to assist both buyers and vendors in their search for a new home.
Rachel is studying her certificate 3 in real estate and works closely with the team of experienced sales consultants to deliver excellent service. Her dedication to service is second to none which ensures personal attention and care to everyone she meets.
Rachel grew up in the area and in her spare time enjoys keeping fit by going to boot camp as well as relaxing with family and friends. We are sure Rachel will be an asset to the Ray White Langwarrin team.

Since joining the team in late 2003, experienced mobile lending manager, John Reynolds, has fast become one of Ray White Financial Services’ (Loan Market) most successful and well liked lending managers.

In 2005, John received the award for Outstanding Customer Service in Victoria, as voted by clients, and was also chosen by the lenders on the RWFS panel as Victoria’s best lending manager.
