"Earlier this year a group of four leading agents in their area got together to discuss the next phase in their real estate careers. The result of this experience is four proud new owners of Ray White Real Estate Swan City, formerly Ray White Midland and Ray White Stratton.
Frank Arvino, Sylvia Joyner, Dianne Bacich and Gerry Berk took over the helm of this well established business mid-September from Ray White stalwart Charles Bono, who will be staying with the office as a selling associate.
Gerry, Dianne and Sylvia, previously representing another local agent were united in their desire to take the next step and own their own business.
Frank has a long history with the Ray White Group, joining shortly after it commenced in Western Australia in 1994.
All four live locally and between them they have nearly 20 years selling experience in the area."
