Ray White Rural Withcott commenced operations at its current site in February 2006 . The business was taken over in August 2008 by its current owner and operator Graham Squire who had previously been a salesman with the company. Graham has had extensive rural experience having worked in the Emerald , Springsure, Alpha, Barcaldine , Blackall and Longreach franchises.
The business has been experiencing substantial growth since inception and now is responsible for 50% of the sales in the area.
Both salespeople were inducted into the Alan White Premier Club at the 2008 Annual Awards Night which was a great achievement for the Office.
Property Management is also experiencing growth with an increase of 27% in managed properties in the third quarter of the year.
The office is conscious of the importance of the use of technology and endeavours to stay abreast and up to date with the implementing of new systems regularly.
Staff training and betterment are important to the office with substantial investment being made in this field.
