TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HOLIDAY BOOKINGS

 

 

Payment                                               We require payment in full prior to check in.  Cheque payments require a clearance of four working days.  If paying by any other method besides credit card we require a bond of $500.00 which will be deposited into your nominated bank account within 48 hours after you vacate your accommodation. However, non-compliance with the following terms and conditions will result in the relevant costs being charged to your credit card and cash bonds will have the relevant costs deducted with the balance, if any, refunded.

 

Cancellations                                      In the event of a cancelled booking, deposits shall not be refunded unless the property is re-let for the total period of the proposed occupancy in which case a service fee of 13.2% of one week’s rent shall be charged to the person cancelling the booking.

 

Animals                                                Animals are NOT permitted on or in the premises in accordance with Local Government health regulations and Body Corporate By-Laws.

 

Personal Property                             No responsibility is taken by the agent or the owner for guests’ personal property.  Any personal property left behind and unclaimed will be disposed of after one month.

 

Breakages or damages                     The guest is responsible for all breakages, damages and loss incurred during the term or your occupancy. These must be reported and paid for immediately.

 

Cleaning                                               Properties must be left clean and tidy inc. dishes washed.  A standard clean is performed when you vacate – any further cleaning requirements such as dry cleaning for a stained bed- spread or scrubbing of walls and picking up of rubbish will be charged to you at cost.

 

Behaviour                                            Body Corporate rules and regulations must be complied with. Non-compliance could lead to refusal of entry, adjustment of the rental or being asked to leave the premises.  In the event of non-compliance no refunds will be given.

 

Keys                                                       Should you lock yourself out of your accommodation or lose your keys there will be a call out fee of $50.00 plus the cost to replace any lost keys.  This will be payable prior to departure. If you are departing outside of office hours we request that you check that all doors are locked and place your keys on the kitchen bench prior to exiting the unit.
